Mother’s Love | Boom Operator

Mother’s Love is a short film in which I worked as a Boom Operator, focusing on capturing ambient sound and subtle on-set textures in a project driven primarily by mood rather than dialogue. Although the final cut relies heavily on music, the production process required careful microphone placement and sensitivity to performance and space. This experience reinforced my understanding of sound as an atmospheric and emotional element, even when it is later minimized in post-production.
